Job summary

Sago is seeking a Research Project Coordinator for a temporary ~3‑month assignment onsite near Penn Station, NYC. The role focuses on participant hospitality, onsite coordination, and secure lab access, with NDA and privacy protocols to be followed.

Responsibilities include participant check-in, lab scheduling, and coordinating with UX researchers to ensure smooth session flow while maintaining confidentiality and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in communications, hospitality, psychology, business or related field.
• Experience in customer-facing operations and onsite logistics is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with discretion and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to follow privacy, security, and NDA protocols consistently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary welcoming point for external study participants at research facilities.
• Manage check-in, arrival readiness, wayfinding, and onsite communication for a calm experience.
• Escort participants into secure lab spaces and out after sessions following procedures.
• Ensure participants understand onsite expectations, timing, and next steps before and after sessions.
• Coordinate with UX researchers and onsite teams to maintain study timelines and schedule changes.
• Distribute study incentives and track attendance and compliance in tracking tools.
