Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Research Assistant – Medical Genetics to support active research programs across clinical genetics and health equity. This role offers hands-on experience in study execution, data collection, and community impact.

You will collaborate with investigators, recruit and screen participants, administer surveys, and help prepare summaries for presentations and publications. The position is full-time, onsite, with typical hours 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior research or patient-facing experience in healthcare.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with investigators to support study execution across departments.
• Recruit, screen, and engage research participants with ethical standards.
• Administer surveys and collect patient-reported data per IRB-approved protocols.
• Assist with data entry, quality control, and preliminary analyses.
• Help prepare summaries for presentations and publications.
