Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, or Pediatrics) and board eligibility/certification in Clinical Genetics.
• Interest in a broad range of genetic conditions.
• DEA license (or pending).
• Commitment to excellence in patient care, collaboration, and the advancement of genomic medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive genetics care for adult and pediatric patients.
• Deliver cancer risk assessment, hereditary cancer syndrome testing, and consults for genetic conditions across multiple specialties including cardiology, neurology, nephrology, and musculoskeletal medicine.
• Lead and support innovation in genomics integration across the health system through the Neiman Center’s robust research and clinical initiatives.
• Participate in the development of tools and technologies that are revolutionizing family history collection, predictive modeling, and the use of genomics in primary care.
