Job summary

RTX's Pratt & Whitney EHRO in East Hartford is seeking a Repair Process Engineer to join the development engineering team. This fast-paced role requires project management and hands-on shop floor support with daily interaction across levels of management.

You will lead process development, document improvements, and work with inspectors, operators, and quality to remove bottlenecks, collect data, and drive continuous improvement. Preference for aerospace experience and regulatory familiarity.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 6+ months in relevant industry or a Bachelor with 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 1+ years' experience within a manufacturing environment is required
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and troubleshoot process issues.
• Develop, refine, and document processes to improve quality and throughput.
• Collaborate with inspectors, operators, quality engineers, and cross-functional partners to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Collect and analyze data to understand trends and recommend changes.
• Participate in root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product introductions and process changes in production.
