Job summary
SNI Companies in Stratford, CT seeks a Reliability Engineer for aerospace/defense programs on a 15-month onsite assignment. You will perform reliability analysis, failure investigations, and product performance evaluations.
Responsibilities include FMEA/FMECA, FTA, FRACAS, reliability testing, data analysis, and developing dashboards with Power BI/Tableau/Cognos; you will support reliability databases and use ReliaSoft/Relyence/Windchill RR tools.
Qualifications
- Experience in reliability engineering and aerospace/defense programs.
- Knowledge of FMEA, FTA, FRACAS, and reliability testing.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with SQL/databases and reporting tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform FMEA/FMECA, FTA, and FRACAS activities.
- Conduct reliability testing (HALT, HASS, ESS, RDT).
- Analyze reliability and maintainability data.
- Recommend design improvements and corrective actions.
- Develop reliability reports and engineering docs.
- Support reliability databases and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Cognos).
