Job summary

Stage 4 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer for a global aerospace program in Stratford, CT. The role involves developing reliability analyses and tests, including R&M predictions, FMEA/FMECA, FTA, HALT/HASS/ESS, and FRACAS, to identify risks and improve product reliability.

This onsite contract position is 15 months with a W2 arrangement and benefits. You will support reliability databases, dashboards, and reporting tools, and collaborate on design improvement and data-driven

Qualifications

Experience in reliability engineering analyses and testing.
Familiar with R&M predictions, FMEA/FMECA, FTA, HALT/HASS/ESS, FRACAS.
Ability to develop reliability programs and reports.
US citizen eligible for clearance if needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and conduct reliability studies of design concepts.
Perform R&M, FMEA/FMECA, FTA, HALT/HASS/ESS analyses and FRACAS activities.
Recommend design or test methods and SPC procedures to meet reliability goals.
Compile reports and analyze variables affecting product reliability.
Ensure corrective actions meet reliability standards and support testing as needed.
May develop models to identify high-risk units and environmental testing requirements.
