Mission Nursing Home in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for on-site, on-call nursing care within our Nursing Department. Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing assistants on unit and ensure resident-centered care.
• Document in resident medical records and monitor medication administration.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Maintain safe medication rooms and supply carts.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
