Job summary

PM Pediatrics in Springfield, PA and Abington, PA seeks an Operations Manager to provide on-site oversight of daily operations, staff performance, and financial results across both urgent care sites.

You will lead recruitment, scheduling, compliance with OSHA/UCA, optimize patient flow, work closely with clinical leaders, and travel between locations as required to sustain safe, high-quality pediatric care and exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare managerial experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of financial concepts and driving revenue within a practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all staff through hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Drive site profitability by managing volume, productivity, expenditures, and revenue collection.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient patient care and monitor patient satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate scheduling with regional teams and ensure adequate staffing for patient volume.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA/UCA standards and manage maintenance and safety processes.
