Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a Regional Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy for multiple hotels and resorts, partnering with General Managers and senior leaders to elevate talent and culture. This onsite role requires building strong HR teams, sustaining compliance, and guiding workforce initiatives across properties.

You will develop leaders, drive employee engagement, and travel ~25% to support portfolio goals in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Eight years of progressive HR experience across multiple hotels, resorts, or locations.
• Multi-property HR leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, HRCI, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership to multiple hotels and resorts within an assigned portfolio.
• Partner with General Managers to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coach and support property HR leaders to build strong teams.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
• Drive employee engagement and develop leaders across the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and Davidson policies.
• Develop and deliver training and leadership development programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform senior leadership.
• Travel approximately 25% to assigned properties.
