Job summary

Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract Receiving Clerk for our client in the Muncie, IN area. This position is 100% onsite and paid at $19.00 per hour.

The role involves unpacking shipments, organizing materials, and supporting inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include verifying contents, staging items, maintaining a clean work area, and following warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move boxes throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Previous warehouse/receiving experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unpack incoming boxes and shipments offloaded by warehouse staff.
• Sort, organize, and stage received materials in designated areas.
• Verify shipment contents and assist with inventory tracking as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established receiving and warehouse procedures.
• Support the team with additional warehouse and receiving tasks as assigned.
