Job summary

DreamBuild seeks a Quality & Training Technician to perform quality inspections across modular manufacturing and site installation, ensuring compliance with procedures and state requirements. You will help develop and deliver technician training, supporting onboarding and upskilling of the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, modular manufacturing, production, or similar technical environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read procedures and drawings.
• Good communication and ability to give constructive feedback.
• Organized with reliable record-keeping capabilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections per procedures, sign off checkpoints, and document findings.
• Identify gaps, support root-cause analysis, and help improve first-pass yield.
• Assist in developing and delivering technician training and onboarding.
• Collaborate with production, safety, scheduling, and site teams; maintain traceable records.
