Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. is seeking a Quality Technician in Superior, WI to support the Quality Control Lead on onsite welding specifications and practices. You will train and assist QC Inspectors, coordinate with project teams, and ensure quality processes align with client requirements.

With a focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement, you will help maintain records, participate in audits, and deliver data-driven reports to support project scope and turnover to clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; trade/related degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years experience in construction quality control.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, piping, rotary and E&I drawings.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Help implement and maintain the project quality control system.
• Ensure QC activities meet specifications and codes.
• Supervise site QC functions and mentor personnel.
• Provide training and resolve quality issues with the team.
• Maintain QC records and audit compliance with QMS.
