Job summary

MATRIC is seeking an onsite Quality Assurance Engineer to support engineering, PCB assembly and aftermarket products. The role emphasizes ISO/internal audit readiness, supplier quality management, and driving containment and corrective actions to resolve customer issues.

The successful candidate will lead product reviews, perform risk assessments, develop manufacturing documentation, and train teams on quality policies to ensure robust quality performance across programs.

Qualifications

• Be certified or able to get certified as an ISO-related internal auditor.
• Conduct internal and supplier quality system, process and/or product audits.
• Create audit finding reports, close out findings, determine corrective actions.
• Lead customer product reviews and release processes with production controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated customer product through New Product review and release.
• Perform risk assessment and establish manufacturing documentation.
• Communicate and resolve issues with customers during quality reviews.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement training on quality policies and procedures.
