Undisclosed Rochester, NY-based precision sheet metal manufacturer is seeking a Quality Inspector / QC Technician for hands-on floor inspection. You will build CMM programs, operate Faro arm, and read SolidWorks models against quality plans to support NPIs.

Role emphasizes on-site, first-shift work with potential overtime; benefits include medical, 401(k) match, and PTO. High school diploma required; ASQ and additional certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build CMM programs from scratch
• Experience with Faro arm is required
• Background in a precision manufacturing environment desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop CMM programs from scratch and operate the Faro arm
• Read SolidWorks models to verify against quality plans and support NPIs
