Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Based QC Manager to lead quality control activities on an active construction site in Piketon, OH.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and at least four years of QC experience. You will prepare QC procedures, conduct audits, and coordinate with owners, regulators, and internal teams to ensure compliance with company and owner requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent
• 4+ years of related experience in quality control
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to lead and work with teams

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quality control procedures and review department procedures for compliance
• Develop and implement QC program manual per contract and company requirements
• Conduct audits and address quality problems; drive corrective actions
• Provide administrative and technical direction to QC personnel
• Coordinate with owner, regulators, subcontractors and internal departments on QA/QC matters
• Ensure adherence to QC manual standards and implement corrective measures as needed
• Assist in responses to RFQ/RFPs regarding QA and QC programs
• Perform internal/external audits to ensure QC requirements are met
