Kokosing Industrial, Inc. is seeking a Project Based QC Manager to plan, direct, and implement project quality control activities on a site in Piketon, OH.

This role requires hands-on leadership of QC personnel and close coordination with the owner, regulators, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and has 4+ years in quality control, with thorough knowledge of QA/QC practices and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience.
• 4+ years of related experience in quality control.
• Thorough working knowledge of regulatory agency quality assurance/quality control activities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quality control procedures and review other department procedures for compliance and/or correctness.
• Prepare, obtain approval, issue and implement quality control program manual in compliance with owner contract and company requirements.
• Perform internal/external audits to ensure quality control requirements are implemented and/or maintained.
• Provide administrative and technical direction to all quality control personnel.
• Act as liaison with owner, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and internal departments on quality related matters as required.
• Ensure company standards as outlined in quality control manual are effectively implemented.
• Assist in preparation of responses to RFQ’s and RFP’s regarding QA and QC programs.
