Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional certification in QA, PM, or ISO 9001 related field.
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance, quality control, or process engineering.
• Proficiency with ISO 9001 standards, Six Sigma, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming quality requests and enforce standards validity.
• Analyze performance data and audit results to identify failure patterns.
• Partner with operations teams for root cause analysis and training.
• Bridge RCCA and PFMEA updates with CI initiatives.
• Provide leadership with mitigation plans for defect and risk reduction.
