Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Quality Control Technician I - QC Lab Support to perform sample management, shipping, and general lab support in a 100% onsite environment. The role interacts with QC, QA, Analytical Development, Manufacturing, MM, and corporate teams in a 12-month, fast-paced lab setting.

Expect 4/10 day shifts (4x10) and a 7-day-a-week operation with overlapping shifts. Strong GMP knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or AA Degree with 2+ years of QC/biopharma lab experience
• High School Degree with 3+ years of QC/biopharma lab experience
• GMP knowledge and strong attention to detail are required

Responsibilities

• Receive and log samples in LIMS and manage documentation
• Support sample receipt, processing, and aliquoting for release/stability testing
• Label, store, and organize samples per procedures and storage requirements
• Coordinate sample transfers to internal and external labs
• Perform routine cleaning and restocking of storage areas
• Collaborate with MM, QA, and QC teams to support sampling and disposition
• Manage shipping activities within QC functions
• Review records such as chain-of-custody forms and logs
• Assist with deviation and investigation activities as needed
• Provide updates during daily/weekly meetings
• Participate in Lean Lab and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Comply with safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
