A leading construction management firm is seeking an Onsite Representative / QAQC Inspector in Portland, Oregon. The successful candidate will oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards on water resource projects. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering and a minimum of 5 years' experience in heavy civil QA/QC. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' heavy civil experience in a QA/QC capacity.
• Working knowledge of water resource construction techniques and QAQC procedures.
• Familiarity with local/state/federal environmental and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement Quality Control practices and procedures.
• Conduct daily site inspections to verify compliance with design plans.
• Monitor construction activities including grading and stormwater management.
