A leading construction management firm in California is seeking an Onsite Representative / QAQC Inspector to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of experience in heavy civil projects, and strong organizational and communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' heavy civil experience in a QA/QC capacity.
• Working knowledge of water resource construction techniques and QAQC procedures.
• Familiarity with local/state/federal environmental and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement Quality Control practices and procedures.
• Conduct daily site inspections to verify compliance with design plans.
• Monitor construction activities including grading, erosion control, and water/wastewater infrastructure.
