Job summary

A construction management firm is seeking an Onsite Representative / QAQC Inspector based in San Francisco to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications for water resource projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of heavy civil QA/QC experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in quality control practices. This position requires travel across the Western U.S. and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Salary ranges from $140,000 to $180,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' heavy civil experience in a QA/QC capacity.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Quality Control practices and procedures.
• Conduct daily site inspections to verify compliance.
• Monitor construction activities including grading and water infrastructure.
• Document field conditions and maintain detailed daily inspection reports.
