Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance / Software Testing experience.
• Experience testing web, client/server, GUI, and database applications.
• Experience with requirements analysis and automated test development.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, defect management, and QA best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements for testability and completeness.
• Develop test conditions, scenarios, test cases, and scripts.
• Execute manual and automated testing activities.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Maintain test documentation, defect tracking, and traceability records.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, product owners, and scrum teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups.
• Identify testing risks and proactively propose solutions.
