Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is recruiting for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer in Fort Worth. The role is 100% onsite and a full-time direct hire.

You will oversee quality across product and manufacturing processes, drive root-cause analysis, and coordinate with Engineering and Operations to resolve defects and meet customer expectations. You will monitor FPY, maintain PFMEA/PMP, and lead 8D corrective actions while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in product engineering, quality engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing engineers or quality personnel.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949; proficiency with Minitab and SPC tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control processes across manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor FPY performance and identify trends for improvement.
• Collaborate with QC inspectors to ensure effective inspection procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Manage PFMEA and PMP documentation; track KPIs related to quality and efficiency.
