Ideal applicants have 3+ years in electronics QC, strong attention to detail, and experience with PFMEA and quality tools. Onsite, first shift, full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on electronics manufacturing / quality inspection experience is essential.
• Experience with PCBA inspection, defects documentation, and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with PFMEA and basic quality tools (Pareto, histograms, check sheets).
• Strong attention to detail in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX on first shift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test PCBA assemblies to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Identify and document defects; verify corrective actions and effectiveness.
• Lead or support investigations into manufacturing quality issues and root causes.
• Maintain QC records, inspection checklists, and audit readiness.
• Prepare quality reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
