Job summary

GHT Group is seeking a Purchasing & Warehouse Coordinator to directly support our Operations & Production teams. The role combines purchasing experience with warehouse management (shipping/receiving/organization) in Birmingham, AL.

The position is in-person with standard hours and a salary between $65,000 and $85,000 per year. The candidate will issue purchase orders, manage vendor relationships, handle returns, coordinate inventory, and support will-call pickups to keep operations running

• New Dealer Paperwork
• Vendor Incentives/Program Management
• Maintain Office Supplies
• Forecast purchasing needs
• Shipping & Receiving
• Organize Warehouse
• Maintain Inventory
• Keep Inventory Grouped by Project
• Pull inventory for will call pick-up by technicians
