Job summary

Dover Corporation's PSG division is hiring an assembler onsite in Grand Terrace, California. The role covers completing pump builds through kitting, sub-assembly, testing, and final packaging in a fast-paced production environment.

The incumbent will use air and hand tools, read instructions, and follow standard work while ensuring safety, quality, and inventory accuracy. Flexible hours and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No product assembly experience required; ability to learn.
• Experience using air and hand tools.
• Mechanically inclined; good manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform router steps to complete pump builds, including kitting, sub-assembly, boxing.
• Follow standard work in production cell to meet design specs and QA procedures.
• Perform TPM on tools and equipment and hydro-test when required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report production logs daily.
• Work overtime as needed and comply with safety policies.
