Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for residents and the Board.
• Conduct property inspections and follow up on maintenance and rule compliance concerns.
• Coordinate vendors, review proposals, and oversee repairs and capital projects.
• Prepare Board meeting materials, management reports, and resident communications.
• Track work orders, contracts, project schedules, and outstanding issues through completion.
• Assist with budget preparation, invoice review, and expense monitoring.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns.
