Job summary

Palmetto Cay is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive leasing and occupancy, and manage resident relations. You will lead onsite teams, ensure rent collections, and coordinate with maintenance and vendors to meet company standards.

The role focuses on maintaining a welcoming, professionally managed living environment while achieving occupancy and revenue targets in a GA community.

Qualifications

• Property management experience preferred.

• Experience with lease-ups, new construction, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite operations and team members.
• Drive leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals.
