Job summary

Rosano Property Mgmt is seeking a charismatic Leasing Director to lead and manage an apartment building in Los Angeles. You will drive occupancy, recruit residents, and foster a growth-oriented community aligned with Rosano's mission.

Responsibilities include marketing campaigns, coordinating tours and applications, coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring smooth move-ins/move-outs while developing social media initiatives to attract diverse residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Real Estate/Property Management Experience required.
• Real estate license preferred.

They are responsible for curating a community through intentional recruitment of residents, fostering a positive and growth oriented environment for residents.

3 plus years Real Estate/Property Management Experience Must
