Job summary

Rosano Property Mgmt seeks a charismatic Leasing Director to lead an apartment building in Los Angeles. You will curate a community by recruiting residents and fostering a growth-oriented environment for residents.

The role emphasizes managing occupancy, coordinating tours and applications, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure a well-run property. A license is preferred and experience in real estate/property management is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Real Estate/Property Management experience.
• Real estate Agent license preferred.

• Develop and maintain marketing campaigns to ensure 100% building occupancy.
• Coordinate inquiry calls, tours, and applications processes for prospective residents.
• Continuously enhance the community through individual and group conversations, mediations, and conflict-resolution.
• Coordinate with maintenance crew on all matters relating to the physical building.
• Conduct move in and move out inspections.
• Develop and manage social media and marketing campaigns, as needed.

They are responsible for curating a community through intentional recruitment of residents, fostering a positive and growth oriented environment for residents.

Candidate Qualifications

3 plus years Real Estate/Property Management Experience Must
