Job summary

PURE Property Management is seeking an Onsite Property Manager for a residential community in Bellingham, WA. The role oversees day-to-day operations, tenant relations, upkeep, and admin tasks; live onsite at the property.

Pay is $27–$28 per hour, 40 hours per week, non-exempt. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 4% match, generous vacation, life and disability plans, wellness program, and EAP. At least one year of residential PM experience required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of residential property management experience/onsite residential management experience.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs, bend over and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and tenant relations.
• Coordinate turnover, inspections, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Oversee budgeting, expense reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and safety standards.
• Staff supervision and on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies.
