Mutual Housing Management is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations across our portfolio of affordable multifamily communities in Sacramento, CA. The role ensures regulatory compliance, resident relations, and efficient fiscal management.

Key duties include overseeing staff, vendors, and operations; enforcing HUD/LIHTC/TCAC rules; maintaining occupancy and budgets; and training on-site teams to deliver high-quality affordable housing services.

Qualificações

• Residency in the community required for the 3-bedroom onsite housing.
• Minimum 2 years property management experience including affordable housing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing compliance programs (HUD, LIHTC, Tax Credit).
• Experience preparing property budgets and overseeing day-to-day operations of affordable housing communities.
• Associate degree in Business Admin, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• CPM certification or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office preferred.

Position: Tax Credit Property Manager – Greenway, Glen Ellen, & Westerner Properties

Location: Sacramento, CA 95824

Hours: Full Time Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $25.74 - $27.80 per hour

Job Summary:

Mutual Housing Management is seeking a Property Manager to provide leadership and support across our portfolio of affordable multifamily communities. This role ensures smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, and strong resident relations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee property operations, staff, vendors, and resident relations at assigned site.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC, TCAC, etc.).
• Maintain fiscal oversight, occupancy, and property upkeep.
• Provide training, guidance, and leadership to on-site staff.

• 3-bedroom onsite housing is included as part of the compensation package and requires residency in the community.
• Minimum 2 years of property management experience, including affordable housing operations.

• Experience preparing property budgets and overseeing day-to-day operations of affordable housing communities.
