Job summary

ECI Group is seeking a dynamic Service Technician to join our onsite team. You will perform maintenance and service work to ensure properties meet high standards of operational excellence and resident comfort and safety.

Key responsibilities include handling service requests, assisting with make-readies, and maintaining both interior and exterior areas while adhering to safety regulations. Strong candidate will have HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years of general property maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and energy management systems.
• Ability to work weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
• Regular attendance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests via ticketing system with excellent customer service.
• Perform or assist in apartment and property maintenance, including make-readies and repairs.
• Assist with exterior/interior upkeep and safety compliance.
• Report hazards and safety concerns to management.
• Assist during severe weather mitigation and repairs.
• Operate maintenance tools safely and follow policies.
