Job summary

ECI Group seeks a dynamic Service Technician to join our on-site team in Corpus Christi. You will perform maintenance and service work to keep our properties up to standard and ensure resident comfort and safety.

This role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. It emphasizes customer service, safety compliance, and reliable operations across our communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of general maintenance experience in multi-unit property management.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems.
• Willing to work weekends, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests via online ticketing system with strong customer service.
• Perform or assist in apartment and property maintenance, including make-readies, unit walks, groundskeeping, and repairs.
• Assist in upkeep of interior and exterior of the property.
• Support health and safety by identifying hazards and reporting issues.
• Assist with weather-related damage prevention, mitigation, and repair.
• Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain compliance with ADA, OSHA and company policies.
