Exciting Opportunity: Property Attendant at WoodSpring Suites in Liberty, MO!

About the Role:

Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Property Attendant who is a committed team player and flexible in completing multiple hotel responsibilities. These include general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties. This position will live onsite and help oversee the property after hours, performing a wide variety of tasks.

Primary Duties:

1. Maintenance: Managing work orders, adhering to preventative maintenance schedules, and performing tasks such as carpet shampooing, light electrical and plumbing work, drywall repair, painting, and more.
2. Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and tools, and placing orders as needed.
3. Housekeeping: Prepping rooms for housekeeping, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs.
4. Emergency Procedures: Following property emergency protocols and ensuring security.
5. Guest Services: Assisting with guest check-in/out during after-hours and addressing guest needs.
6. On Call Needs: Being available overnight for guest needs.
7. Other Duties: As assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Performing tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
