Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Property and Asset Control Support – Level 3 in Carson, CA (onsite). You will perform contract property closeout, physical inventory, records management, and reporting for key programs from day one.

Responsibilities include tagging records, receiving material, reconciliations, and maintaining property logs in the property database system. Collaboration with internal teams is essential for timely closeout and audits.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of related warehouse experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Tag and create records.
• Receive material and tagged assets.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Provide various material and tagged asset reports.
• Maintain and dispose of property owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure or government regulations.
• Coordinate with other NG departments to ensure the timely closeout of property.
• Maintain records and logs of property received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed.
• Conduct physical inventory.
• Perform property record reviews and inventory updates in property database system.
• Interact frequently with both internal and external customers.
• Assist with property audits and Contractor Self-Assessment activities.

Conocimientos

Educación

High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of related warehouse experience

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Forklift certified
