Job summary

RTX is seeking a Property Plant Clearance Administrator for an onsite role in Manchester, NH. The position focuses on government and Raytheon-owned property, ensuring compliance with property regulations and supporting disposal activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with DCMA and contractors, delivering training, and driving improvements within the Logistics/Property organization. Requires university degree or equivalent, plus 3–5+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Experience with Government Property Asset Management, Property, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with ERP software, cPDM, and Property systems (i.e., SPS).
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience or an Advanced Degree with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Submit Government Property Inventory Disposal Schedules to DCMA and/or prime contractors.
• Coordinate disposal activities with DCMA, prime contractors, and Raytheon Capital Finance.
• Deliver training and awareness materials for leadership, engineering, and other teams.
• Drive process improvements and affordability initiatives within Logistics/Property.
