Qualifications

• 5–15 years of hands-on project scheduling experience, including industrial construction scheduling.
• Strong Oracle Primavera P6 experience with recent versions preferred.
• Ability to perform detailed schedule and variance analysis with clear narratives.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time and perform field progress verification.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze weekly schedule updates from the EPC contractor.
• Perform schedule variance analysis and identify impacts to milestones.
• Create variance filter reports and concise schedule narratives.
• Use Oracle Primavera P6 to review, monitor, and report on project schedules.
• Coordinate schedule reviews with EPC contractor and equipment supplier.
• Conduct regular field walks to validate reported progress against activity.
