Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting scheduling on large capital construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and risk management.
• Experience reviewing contractor schedules and challenging assumptions with data-driven analysis.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the owner's integrated project schedule with contractor activities and milestones.
• Review contractor baselines and updates for logic, durations, and milestones.
• Validate progress with project management and field teams; assess forecasts.
• Analyze critical/near-critical paths, float, and schedule risks.
• Coordinate schedule interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Develop scenario analyses for project decisions and change impacts.
• Review recovery plans and monitor mitigation strategies.
• Prepare executive-level schedule reports and look-ahead schedules.
