Job summary

E2 Optics is seeking a Project Safety Manager to lead safety programs in a fast-growing tech integration environment in Abilene, TX. The role emphasizes field presence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in health and safety practices.

The ideal candidate has OSHA 510 certification, a few years in safety, and strong communication skills. This onsite position supports projects nationwide and offers growth opportunities within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in safety field or related area.
• Experience with inspections, incident investigations, process safety, contractor safety, safety training, hazard reviews and JSA.

Responsibilities

• Promote company core safety values and ensure safe practices across the organization.
• Provide safety support and guidance to field and corporate personnel to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead safety training, hazard reviews, and process safety activities.
• Assist with hazard communication program development and reporting.
• Travel as required by E2 Optics.
