Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to oversee assigned projects from quoting to close-out, coordinating schedules, staffing, contractors, materials, and budgets on client sites in Mississippi.

You will work with sales, operations, and safety teams to ensure scope adherence, manage multi-phase assignments, and travel to client sites as required. Strong PM experience and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of proven machinery moving, construction, project management or construction safety experience is preferable.
• Excellent interpersonal, supervisory and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and technical documents; monitor costs and project progress.
• Lead Pre-Hand-Off and Post-Hand-Off meetings and ensure scope clarity.
• Understand contract language to keep projects within scope.
• Plan, administer, and complete assigned projects across multiple functions.
