Job summary

TOMORROW HIRE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial structured cabling, electronic access control, low-voltage, and data center projects from initiation to completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, field teams, subcontractors, materials, and client relationships to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery of high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in commercial environments.
• Experience with structured cabling, data center, and low-voltage systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Valid driver's license; ability to commute to Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple structured cabling, EAC, low-voltage, and data center projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, labor forecasts, procurement plans, and documentation.
• Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and customers for successful execution.
• Review blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality compliance.
• Lead project meetings and update stakeholders on status, milestones, and risks.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Track costs, labor utilization, change orders, schedules, and allocations.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, vendors, and partners.
• Support project turnover and closeout documentation.
