Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Project Manager for a long-term systems upgrade in Washington, DC. The role requires coordinating between design, procurement, and construction teams on an on-site basis.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project management, a mechanical or civil engineering degree, and experience with HVAC systems and CM at Risk delivery. The salary range is $140k–$160k plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Experience with CM at Risk delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an on-site project manager with total responsibility for specific work packages from design through construction.
• Manage occupied building renovation projects focusing on replacement mechanical and electrical systems.
• Deliver all aspects of project management as owner's representative including QA, change orders, issue resolution, coordination, controls and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and keep all parties informed and updated.
