Hill International is seeking a Project Manager in Washington, DC. Hill is seeking to employ a Project Manager with MEP experience for a long‑term, phased systems upgrade project in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an on‑site project manager with total responsibility for specific work packages as assigned.
• Deliver all aspects of project management as an owner’s representative including quality assurance, change order management, issue resolution, coordination, project controls, and reporting.
• Work independently, but keep all project stakeholders informed and updated through effective and timely communication.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant project management experience, some of which must include HVAC systems work.
• Professional registration as a PE, CCM, or PMP is preferred.
• Must be available to work full time onsite in Washington, DC.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to coordinate between the contractor(s) and multiple client teams.

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $134,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicant’s qualifications, education, experience, and work location.
