RRD in Logan, Utah is seeking a Project Management Intern to assist in project management, customer service, order pricing, invoicing, and project review for assigned applications. You will coordinate with the client, sales, programming, and production to ensure on-time delivery and flawless execution of the statement of work defined by the client and RR Donnelley.

Open to college sophomores and juniors with a 3.0 GPA, majoring in Supervision, Business Management, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• The Project Management Intern is responsible for project management, customer service, order pricing, project invoicing and project review for assigned applications; tracks, and controls projects by developing a project plan with deliverables, timelines, and issues lists.
• Coordinate with the client, sales, team members (programming, composition and accounting), and production associates to ensure on-time delivery and flawless execution of the statement of work.
• Maintain and review scheduling and monitor inventory/material planning, and provide regular client communication as part of the project plan.
• Excellent performance may lead to a full-time position with RR Donnelley.
