Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management or closely related field and within 18 months of graduating.
• Be able to work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term.
• Strong communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in the completion of designated projects while learning construction industry processes and Ryan business policies.
• Gain a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
• Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.
