Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Extensive Power & HVAC product knowledge and strong customer service.
• Experience in logistics and leadership on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project logistics for events using Power & HVAC products.
• Manage project team logistics, scheduling, deployment, and breakdown.
• Staff projects based on skills and workload.
• Ensure equipment readiness and safety checks; optimize performance.
• Provide leadership to deliver world-class service to customers onsite.
• Oversee performance management and coaching for project staff.
