Zusammenfassung

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Project Accountant in Alpharetta, GA. You will own the project accounting lifecycle from setup through invoicing and collections support, with heavy use of Microsoft Business Central/NAV.

You will prepare project billings, handle AIA and LBM invoicing, assist with sales tax and monthly tax reporting, and perform monthly GL reconciliations. 100% medical coverage for employee is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Business Central required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Background in project accounting, billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting.

Aufgaben

• Create sales agreements, establish projects and budgets in Business Central/NAV, and maintain project accounting records.
• Prepare project billings, including AIA and LBM invoices, and support ongoing billing administration.
• Administer state income tax correspondence and assist with monthly sales and use tax reporting and payments.
• Apply cash receipts, maintain supporting documentation, and assist with collections on past-due accounts.
• Perform select monthly general ledger account reconciliations and support month-end accounting activities.
