Job summary

University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks a Program and National Test Center Coordinator on-site at Sembach, Germany. The role supports academic, testing and community outreach, serving as the UMGC representative for local students and partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating testing services, providing CRM-based student support, organizing local outreach events, and ensuring collaboration with site leadership, staff, faculty and military partners to meet recruitment and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a U.S. regionally accredited institution or foreign degree equivalent.
• Background in customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and complex environment with accurate attention to detail.
• Possess basic office management and clerical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with superior customer service as an advocate and advisor throughout the academic cycle.
• Promote and support localized UMGC services including hybrid classes and testing services.
• Provide operational and administrative duties to maintain offices and test centers.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of UMGC systems including Salesforce and PeopleSoft.
• Document all student contact in CRM and schedule follow-up activities.
• Coordinate daily customer service in person, by phone, email, and video communications.
