Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Sales/Program Management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of value selling with account management responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree; ASQ/QE certifications are a plus; technical manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy for new business sales activities with targeted customer accounts.
• Prepare and provide customer bid packages with quotation forms and APQP documentation.
• Manage all project activities from quote through production launch with cross-functional teams.
• Lead APQP program launch meetings and internal project management.
• Prepare product cost estimates using estimating software and pricing strategies.
• Provide technical product support and suggest configuration improvements.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO and EHS standards; travel as needed.
• Represent the company at trade shows and site visits.
